How long does it take to process an order?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (like holidays or new launches), it may take up to 5 days.

What shipping options do you offer?

Economy (5–8 days): $7.99 or free for orders over $100

Standard (2–5 days): $8.99

Expedited (1–2 days): $24.00

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Will I be charged customs fees?

If you're ordering internationally, you may be responsible for duties or taxes upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to update.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

While we’re not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages marked as delivered, we’re always here to help. Contact us at info@ogejewelry.com for support.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is in transit, we can’t redirect it—please double-check your address at checkout.

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
