Oge Jewelry Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At Oge Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
· Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
· Packaging: Items should be in their original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and certificates.
· Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accommodated.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
· Custom-designed or personalized jewelry.
· Engraved pieces.
· Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
· Items purchased on final sale or with a "non-returnable" designation.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
· Contact Us: Email our Customer Service at info@ogejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
· Receive Authorization: Await a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
· Ship Item: Securely package the item, including all original materials, and mark the RMA number on the package.
6. International Returns
We gladly accept returns from our international customers:
· Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties and taxes where applicable.
· Customs Declarations: Clearly mark the package as a "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs charges.
· Recommended Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed international returns.
· Refund Processing Time: Please allow additional time for international returns to be received and processed, typically up to 15 business days after receipt.
7. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:
· Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
· Non-Approval: If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged, the return may be denied, or a partial refund may be issued.
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value:
· Process: Follow the return process to send back the original item. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

· Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
10. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased:
